enoki — the Slack listeners, the Pydantic AI agent, the GCP tools, and the deployment tooling — is released under the GPL-3.0. You are free to run the program for any purpose, study how it works, redistribute copies, and distribute modified versions.

If you distribute the software or a derivative work — modified or not — you must pass on the same GPL-3.0 freedoms to your recipients and make the corresponding source available. You may not impose further restrictions on the rights the license grants. Running your own private, unmodified deployment inside your organization is not distribution and triggers no source-sharing obligation.

enoki is a client of Google Cloud (including Vertex AI) and Slack. The GPL covers enoki’s own code, not those platforms: your use of Google Cloud and Slack is governed by their respective terms, and you are responsible for holding valid accounts and credentials for them.

As stated in sections 15 and 16 of the GPL-3.0, the program is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, to the extent permitted by applicable law. You deploy and operate enoki yourself, in your own environment, at your own risk.

The GPL-3.0 grants rights to the software, not to the "enoki" name or logo. The wordmark and brand assets are not licensed for use in a way that implies endorsement or affiliation.
