enoki is software you run in your own Google Cloud project — not a hosted product operated by the authors. You are responsible for deploying it, configuring its Slack app and Google OAuth client, safeguarding its secrets (including the token-encryption key), and setting IAM and retention appropriately for your organization.

enoki acts under each Slack user’s own Google identity and can only do what that user’s IAM already permits. Consequential changes pause for an explicit human approval in Slack, and there is no free-form command surface. You remain responsible for the access you grant, the approvals you give, and the resulting actions in your cloud.

The software is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, consistent with the GPL-3.0. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the authors and contributors are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, deployment of, or inability to use the software — including any changes made to your cloud resources through it.

You are responsible for using enoki in accordance with the laws and regulations that apply to you, and with the terms of Google Cloud and Slack. Do not use it to exceed access you are not entitled to, or in any way that violates those platforms’ policies.
